Information pursuant to Art. 13 EU Reg. 2016/679

 

This privacy policy is given to natural persons according to art. 13 of the EU Reg. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) in relation to personal data.

 

1. Purpose of data processing

 

The personal data processed are exclusively those provided by the candidate while sending Curriculum Vitae and during assessment interviews.

The processing may also concern special categories of personal data, pursuant to Art. 9 of GDPR, such as health data strictly necessary for employment or relating to belonging to certain protected categories.

Personal data sent on their own initiative and/or following a staff recruiting procedure are processed only for purposes of assessment and recruiting

Data processing is performed by the data Controller and/or by Processors

 

2. Data communication and dissemination

 

Your personal data may be shared by Essegibi Service S.p.A. with the following subjects: the members of the board of directors and / or other administrative body and / or company personnel who will be involved in the selection process.

Your personal data may be disclosed to any qualified persons who provide Essegibi Service S.p.A. with services or instrumental services for the purposes indicated in this statement including: controlling, controlled, investee and / or associated companies; IT service providers; suppliers and / or other qualified subjects who provide the Company with services or services instrumental to the management of the personnel selection process (eg labor consultants); consultants who assist the Company in various ways with particular reference to legal, tax, social security, accounting, organizational aspects; any other person to whom the Data must be communicated based on an express provision of law.

The owner does not transfer personal data to third countries.

 

3. Data Retention

 

Personal data concerning you will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated and in any case for a period not exceeding twelve months from the CV’s receipt.

 

4. Data Provision

 

Data provision is optional, but the lack of provision can make it impossible to application’s evaluation/selection.

 

5. Data subject’s rights

 

Art. 13 of GDPR gives the interested party specific rights, including obtaining from the Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data and their availability in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data, the processing purposes and methods, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the data controller and the subjects they may be communicated to; the interested party also has the right to obtain updating, data rectification and integration, cancellation, portability, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the data processing except for cases of mandatory data processing expressly provided for by the laws in force; the interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
