    Acquisition of three NPL secured/unsecured, through a securitisation vehicle SPV, guaranteed by a warehouse located in Italy, for a GBV of over Eur 15 Million.

    Real Estate – Rome

    SGBS acquired a Real Estate development company, operating in the centre of Italy. The acquisition was perfomed in the context of a composition with creditors homologated by Court of Rome. In this transaction, accomplished with an important investment bank, SGBS covered the role of Arranger and Investor.

    SGBS has operated as junior investor and arranger with the primary institutional fund partnership to acquire banking claims in pool towards an industrial group for a GBV of about Eur 150 Million. The acquisition is part of a wider SGBS financial intervention about the debt recovery of an industrial group operating in several areas.

    Acquisition of a single name secured credit of about Eur 1.15 million GBV with a valuable Real Estate underlaying located in Rome. The financial operation is part of a wide intervention about Economic Group debt.

    Acquisition of a single name secured composed by several credit lines for an overall GBV of about Eur 700.000 with Residential Real Estate located in Rome underlying.
